It is driven by a transmission motor through gear meshing to rotate the bottle punching machine, filling machine, and sealing machine. Combined with appropriate gear ratios, the overall operation and output of the equipment are stable and reliable;
4. This fruit wine filling equipment is controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC), which has the characteristics of high automation, compact results, beautiful appearance, easy operation and maintenance, safety and reliability;
5. The filling machine has a wide range of applications and can be used to fill glass bottle containers. The sealing method can be crown caps;
6. The filling valve adopts high-precision mechanical filling valve with no bottle and no vacuum mechanism;
7. The filling equipment has the ability to vacuum twice and is equipped with a high-pressure foaming device;
8. This fruit wine filling machine equipment adopts a combination of open gears and gearboxes for transmission, and adopts variable frequency stepless speed regulation with a wide speed range.
